They also have a connection to Meantime Recording Studios which they offer as a secondary studio if they are ever in need for anything such as equipment or their facility.

Staff and Management

"Established in 1997, Plug Studios in Norwich's longest running, independently owned rehearsal rooms. Originally opened by Errol Watson and Kim Ives and sited at the old Fish Market in Mountergate, the studios relocated to their current, bigger, purpose-built premises as demand grew. Over the years, Plug, Errol and Kim garnered a solid reputation for supporting the local music scene.

Planning

"We are here o support grass-roots musicians, whether you are just starting out or you're an old veteran. The variety and diversity of musical genres that grace Plug's rooms is fantastic, especially for what it is, after all, a fairly small and isolated rural city; Folk, Metal, Electronica, Rock, Indie, Punk, Ska, Jazz, 50's and 60's, Rap and even a complete Bodhran ensemble (Irish drummers). Whatever your style, however you play, we will do whatever we can to help you along the way:

"We are reaching out to as many local craftsmen, artists and tradesmen as we can to build a support network of small businesses and creators. We want Plug to become a one-stop-shop; a place that can point you to help and services you need."

Conclusion

I will use this case study as inspiration as I will strive to become as successful as this business due to the facilities that we can offer along with the equipment and staff that will be able to help with booked sessions. The main thing I will use as inspiration is the recording studio setup with all their equipment I will strive to expand our investing further on with my businesses life span allowing various different opportunities will different types of genre of music and will be able to produce a quality product that the customer will be happy with and will continuously use our facilities and recommend our work to others that they may work with.
