Revenue - Revenue that our business will gain are the sponsor ships that the talents my work with meaning that our business will be able to fund the talents for their projects easier as we have another source of income to help with our financial budget for our projects that we may accept or decline. Other sources of revenue that the business will be gaining profit from would be the sale of the project files that we will be selling but we will use our business tag for meaning that we will be able to advertise our products if the buyers decide to use our products for remixes or any other projects that may want to use our samples for. 

Income - The income for this business will be the products that the producers/artists produce such as music or videos whether if it is created by our business or is created by a signed talent that we have invested in. Project files are also sold to our audience meaning that we will also gain income through that.

1-2 Minute Project - 7-14 day mixing/editing (£9.50 an hour) (8hrs per day) (£532-£1064 per project) (35% of their cut)

2-4 Minute Project - 14-21 day mixing/editing (£9.50 an hour (8hrs per day) (£1064-£1596 per project) (35% of their cut)

Rough Estimate of profits per view/stream

£0.14 per view and we plan on gaining up to 300k per video meaning that we will make £42,000 per music video on YouTube.

£0.0025 per stream and we plan on gaining up to 300k per stream meaning that we will make £750 per song on Spotify.

£0.0046 per stream and we plan on gaining up to 300k per stream meaning that we will make £1380 per song on Apple Music 

Year 1 Estimate Profits

First year we plan to have gained 100k viewers on the video meaning we would've made  £14,000 from YouTube itself.

First year we plan to have gained 100k listeners on the song meaning that we would've made £250 from Spotify itself.

First year we plan to have gained 100k listeners on the song meaning that we would've made £460 from Apple Music itself.

We plan to sell the music project file for £100 and we plan on selling around 15 copies of these projects meaning that we will earn £1500 per year.

First year income would be £16,210 including all of the streaming platforms.

This means that we would've made £7,443.80 profit as we would've spent £8,766.20 on the start up costs of this business.

All of these starting costs are items I already own and will use for my business as I have the equipment to start up my business using all the items I currently own meaning that I will not need to spend any money on the start-up cost. The equipment is available all the time and I will use these to create my pitch of my music label company.

If our company signs any artists/producer then we will be funding their products that they will pitch to us and we will either accept or decline their ideas. If the project is accepted then we will fund our signed artists or music producer for their needs and we will get a percentage of their revenues.
