Company Name: Phantom Production

Mission Statement – To inspire newer music producers to use their spectrum of creativity to pave a new sound into the future globally

Vision Statement – To expand globally and reach new customer groups to unlock their creative potential

Company Information – Create musical pieces for artists around the globe

Business Highlights – The business will start off small with the local area allowing new musical producers to produce new musical pieces under our supervision to be able to increase both the companies and the producer’s reputation within the nation

Financial Summary – Financial stability will only be gained if the company is successful with its products but will gradually increase when the company expands

Future Goals – Future goals for the company will be that the company will expand big enough so that this company is known globally as a company that allows new producers to show their creative skills using our guidance and equipment

Legalization - Our products aim to be non-copywritten as we plan to create our own original products

Analysis - I have chosen for my company to have this mission statement as this is the goal of the company to follow, using their skills within the music industry we will create a company that will publish music for a music audience created by our own producers and singers. We choose to publish our files for our music as we encourage others to buy our product for profit and for their profit as it allows them to create their own remixes of these songs published.

The logo is a simplistic design to show our customer/audience that we don't need to be complex about everything as we still publish music at the standards that our audience/customers expect and means that we create our products efficiently without exceeding the effort needed to create it.

Legal and Regulatory frameworks that our company will need is that we are not able to use copywritten content such as music or videos unless we are given access by the original creators of the content but even then we strive to create our own content and will use videos and music that we have access to meaning that we can use or reference the content. Music samples will be used such as loops or instrument packs as our project will be impossible without said packs/instruments.

Legal issues our business may run into could be that the producer/artists may not like the product that is created because it may not be up to their standards but the label may think otherwise so we cannot publish the product onto social media. This means that the artist/producer has every right in publishing their work depending on if they allow it or not.

Because the business is a label business that means that the products of the artist/producer has every right to decide if they want their product to be published to their audience, this may be a problem because if the artist/producer has pitched an idea to the label and the label has accepted the project with funding and the talent doesn't like the product then the business has made a loss due to the project not making any profits due to it not being published. The project must be acceptable for both parties as this will both lead to profits and reputations.

Inspiration

My inspiration for my company would be from Sony and Grade A Productions as they both have music labels which I have incorporated within my business as their concept of signing artists is what I would like to do with my business. Their products from their talents are things such as music, music videos and films which I would like to use within my business as my business is on the same lines of these businesses. Their logos have inspired my logo as their black and white colour scheme is used within my businesses logo as it gives it a simplistic look without being to flashy or in your face. The main inspiration for my logos are the Faze clan logo and the Tesla logo as they both use letters to form the logo which I have used within my logo where I have tried to link the logo to ear buds to show the audience that my business is about audio

My mission statement and vision statement is inspired by businesses that have a similar concept of goals. I will use my business to start with newer talents such as artists or producers and try to build up their skillset to create their own products that they're satisfied with. I will then use these newly found skills and I will expand the business to a larger scale in which I will expand globally and offer to teach some newer students.

For my business I have created pages for advertisement on social media such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, from these pages I will advertise my work and production to various audiences allowing me to expand my business along with expanding my audience. Customer service will be running on these websites as well allowing our audience to communicate with our staff about things they maybe interested in or even offering deals such as sponsorships.
